Due to the nature of the products we do not accept any returns for any used/open products.
-The item must be unopened and unused.
-The item should be in the same condition as it was received.
-The original product's packaging must not be damaged.
-The receipt is required, or any other proof of purchase.
-Shipping costs have been paid to UPS, FedEx, and USPS and are not refundable
-The customer is entirely responsible for the return shipping cost of an eligible returnable product. Please use a trackable shipping service and provide it the tracking number to us.
-Upon returning a product, the return shipping cost is non-refundable.

-If you are returning eligible returnable product(s) over $75 value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your eligible returnable products as we don’t have control over the shipping return process and carriers.
-Our warehouse team will inspect the item(s) first and then notify you via email confirming if the products are eligible for a refund. Once approved, your amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within five business days.
- Acts of God
Deliveries that are delayed due to Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond UPS, FedEx and USPS control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond Prime Industry One, LLC’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.
